I loved the video. Thanks for sharing that. It is fun to see Bugg at all different ages. What a beautiful little boy!
What a tender mercie to run in to "Bugg's Mom" at Women's Conference yesterday. You are beautiful inside and out. I'm so glad we were able to meet in person. I hope my "photo op" didn't freak you out. :) I guess I just feel an instant friendship and sisterhood with other moms of special kiddos. Maybe our paths will cross again in the future. :)
So...today was one of those days that I almost cursed in church. My kids weren't just naughty in sacrement meeting, they were NAUGHTY. I lost my temper and felt like my eyeballs were going to pop out of my head. That kind of a day, ya know?
I found your blog from Kristi's blog (everything pink) and loved reading about bugg and the the skii's.
I needed to remember that I LOVE MY KIDS. And that I can find joy today...most importantly today...even though I'm super irritated by them and had a rough start.
When they wake up from their Sunday naps (punishment for being so naughty) I think we'll make cookies.
He is the most ADORABLE little boy. What a wonderful gift from God. The part of him after having a seizure is where I cried. It is hard enough for me when I see it happen to my husband. I could not fathom having to watch it happen to my child. You have such a wonderful family.
Bree - what a treat to meet you at lunch!! Just wanted to pop in and tell you that they shared with Kelly and I your blog last night while we were together. Your video made me cry and laugh! What a delight to have such a boy with a magical, contagious laugh! What a blessing to have such a Dad that will RACE around the house and bring such joy to your little man. You were delightful and inspiring to meet! As you think that you received much coming and meeting these ladies - YOU inspired me and those around you that day! May you be blessed as you continue to love, serve and find JOY along your journey!!! ...ahh! Just noticed your email on the sidebar.. Thanks!
Oh my goodness, he is ADORABLE! I think we need to get him and my Peanut together. Their curly hair, infectious giggling, they would be a beautiful duo. :)
So heartwarming, I loooooove it! One of my favorite sounds in the world is a child laughing, especially when its a "special" child! I love your blog, thanks for sharing... Bugg and his siblings are adorable!
Beautiful video. I was all choked up until I got to the part where daddy was skidding in his socks doing the race-car thing -- OMGosh that made me giggle out loud. What a wonderful father. What a beautiful family. You are blessed to have this special boy in your family.

Can I just read and watch this all over again every day? : ) What an angel! What an infectious laugh! I was laughing out loud. Mind boggling to think about all the things he wants to tell you that he sees and hears and feels. I love your responses to what you think he'd say : ) It is obvious he came to your family for a reason. How blessed he is to have you two as parents. Also...Wow!! I am so impressed with your creative photos and imagination. You have got quite the talent yourself! So great to spend a little time with you guys on Sunday. Happy Mother's Day! And, thank you for the reminder about that cute book! : )

I LOVE the video. When you told me that Bugg couldn't speak, I felt so sad, wondering how hard it would be to not have that kind of feedback.
ReplyDeleteThen I saw all of his delightful laughter! I'm so happy that he has such happiness and can share that with your family. Such a darling, sweet boy.
